• Been trying to get vodafone to up up my speed for two months now I only get 0.140k. They then said I can only recieve 0.525k, but everyone else in my area gets well over 1.5mb.

  On my laptop wifi with my next door friend I get 1.26mb - work that one out. Hence I am now leaveng Vodafone.

• unfortunately I have used the dongle a couple of times and it has worked but now cannot get connected at all.

  Problem being the phone line is not connected or another device is trying to manage the connection...really frustrated as I have cancelled BT.

• Really enjoying my free laptop with Vodafone. The in-built broadband is amazing. You turn it on, you've got broadband anywhere you happen to be. What can be easier than that? Yes I feel like i'm paying a bit more than if i'd just bought broadband and a cheap laptop, but for only £25 I hardly notice it. Just what I need when I'm feeling this broke. Enough respect to Vodafone for making something this good. I love my new laptop, and their broadband is slick slick slick.

• Vodafone was ok at first. I used to get speeds of 6.5 to 7Mb but now they're down to 4.5Mb... If I'm lucky...

• Vodafone mobile broadband is sensational. I am surfing the web in rural East Devon with ease - I even check emails from the cab in my tractor while Shep (my dog) curls up at my feet. Just think - the sound of cows mooing in the background, sheep grazing in the grass and birds tweeting - all while I'm sat there surveying the scene... online! Thanks Vodafone, mobile broadband has made a really positive impact to my life. Awesome.

• At first I was sceptical about buying a USB modem - will it work? how fast will it be? how easy is it to use? etc. However I decided to take the plunge and try it out, and I cannot get over how fantastic it is. I now use it all the time and I've had no problems whatsoever and I always get signal, plus it looks cool!
