Tariam operates a dedicated customer support service staffed by skilled employees with particular awareness of the issues particular to satellite broadband. Both the technical support and customer support lines are open between 9am-5pm every day and cost 5p per minute from landlines.

Alternatively, for maximum convenience and save time on phone calls, customers have the option of emailing the support team or raising a trouble ticket.

The company’s website also includes a helpful customer section. This includes a glossary of terms to explain the technical jargon relating to satellite broadband technology as well as answers to frequently asked questions about its service.
