Customer reviews

  • A friend recommended DST because of their honest and straightforward broadband offers. I don’t really have time to call around different places and I knew instantly that I was getting a good deal. I guess the only downside is the lack of security software included, however this is really easy to buy so it’s only a minor gripe. I’ve found everything–from purchasing the package to getting set-up–to be a really efficient process, which is perfect for my busy lifestyle.

  • I like the simple choices with Direct Save Telecom. I don’t feel like I’m paying for unnecessary gadgets and gimmicks, while still maintaining a reliable and effective broadband connection. It would be nice to have round-the-clock technical support though; the one time I did lose connection was late at night and I was unable to call the customer support team. It would definitely help to have them open throughout the day and night. Whenever I have spoken to them however, they’ve been very helpful.

  • Initially I was a bit put off by how basic DST’s website was, but I soon realised it was this no-frills approach which makes their service such good value for money. They have just two packages but they make it really easy to decide which one is most suited to your needs. Plus a free modem is included with Option 4 so I feel like I’ve gotten quite a bargain, especially as I get unlimited usage. I think I’ve discovered a bit of gem in the ever-changing world of broadband.
