Customer reviews helpful for broadband, says expert

Broadband users considering switching provider should look out for customer reviews before plumping for a deal, one expert says.
Tara Evans of financial website This is Money suggests weighing up more than just the price of a package before making a final decision.
She has explained that by searching online for reviews related to each offer, those searching for a new deal can make a better-informed decision.
Ms Evans advised: "Choosing broadband on price alone can be a bad move and before opting for a service that may lock you into a 12 to 18-month contract it is worth doing some research, looking online for customer reviews and thinking about exactly what you need."
She added: "Search the internet, are there a lot of fed-up customers?"
According to figures from Broadband Choices, some 1.48 million British households are still lagging behind with dial-up, with many simply being too lazy to make the switch to broadband.
