Broadband users getting value for money

UK broadband customers are satisfied that they are receiving a fair deal, according to new research.
A recent survey conducted by Broadband Choices has found that even in the wake of the ongoing credit crunch, the number of British broadband subscribers listing "value for money" as a major concern has not risen since February.
Broadband Choices product director, Michael Phillips, confessed that he was surprised that the number of unsatisfied customers had not increased over recent months.
"We had expected a significant decrease in the number of users who felt they were receiving value for money since the last survey, as the credit crunch bites harder in to household incomes," he commented.
He went on to advise: "ISPs announce new deals all the time and any household that hasn’t looked at what else is on offer for a year or more may find that they can make significant savings on their annual cost of broadband."
In terms of customer satisfaction levels, it was found that TalkTalk had improved the most out of the major UK broadband providers.
