Broadband searches ‘pay off’

British consumers should take the time to choose their broadband package carefully, according to one firm.
Broadband Choices has highlighted the benefits which customers can take advantage of by putting aside a little time to search for a better broadband deal.
"Searching around for the broadband package that most suits your needs may seem like a low priority, but you will find there are significant rewards to be gained through very little effort," the company said in a statement.
Those who "move around a lot" have been advised that a non-contractual deal may be the best option in order to get value for money on broadband.
Analyst Point Topic recently found that bundled packages including VoIP services cost less than deals offering exclusively broadband - with £25.17 per month for broadband in a bundled deal comparing to £29.71 per month for unbundled.
