AOL Broadband has announced that it is cutting the price of its internet and phone products for the summer months.

From today, the Wireless package will be available for £4.99 for the first three months and £9.99 thereafter. Under the new deal, customers can benefit from a 10 GB usage allowance and speeds of up to 8 Mbps on an 18 month contract.

Meanwhile, for those who would prefer not to commit to a longer term contract, the monthly Wireless Flexi package is also available for the same price, with an additional set up cost of £29.99.

Users of both these packages will be able to make free evening and weekend UK calls with the bundled phone services.

For those who make a higher volume of calls, an anytime option is also on offer, which gives free calls to all landlines beginning 01, 02 or 03.

Prices for the Wireless version of this package start at £4.99 for the first three months and £12.99 thereafter, while the Wireless Flexi product is the same monthly price with an additional £29.99 set up cost.

All deals also include a free wireless router worth £50.

Where can I see the monthly charges for making tel. calls I made? Am I paying the right price for my broadband and talks on phone abroad I made?

What about customers who have been with you for years, in my case 8? They are still paying a higher price than what you are offering new comers.

As a loyalty bonus, what are you going to do for them? Reduce their payments to £12.99? In the reports I have just read you have awards for being such a caring company, etc, etc. Show me and others like me how caring you can be
