It’s that time of year again, when schools reopen, the summer starts to fade away and all the leaves turn a beautiful golden red, or in our case this year, the rain continues to fall. Here at Top 10 Broadband we aim to beat your rainy day blues by providing the best broadband resource on the entire web!

We have been working ungodly hours to bring improvements to the site and I hope you find them useful. In addition there are more to come (surely not I hear you cry), designed to help you find all the information you need and to make your visit to Top 10 Broadband less of a necessity and more a pleasure.

Updates
As some keen readers may have noticed we have updated our news section, so we are not only writing more news now to keep you updated but we now also include a picture to make things that little bit more interesting. We have also included a lot more information about each individual Internet Service Provider (ISP); you can access these pages by clicking on the company logos on our homepage. Once there you can see a brief snapshot about the company, and extensive information on each package available.

As well as showing extras, features and awards the most important feature we have added to the brand pages is customer reviews, now you can praise or slate your ISP (whatever your standpoint is) and help other prospective subscribers in their choice.

Another big change has been on our homepage which has been redesigned and now has a host of new comparison tools to help you, including gaming broadband for all those trying to get the best service for their needs. Also on the gaming broadband section PlusNet’s new Pro for Gaming package has been added, which is a broadband package tailored purely for the gamer in mind. And for all those students going back (or even going for the first time) to university we have selected a number of packages we feel are suited to your needs.

There are a variety of comparison pages designed for separate needs, ranging from family broadband to business broadband or from cheap broadband to Mac compatible. These are all designed to help you find the right broadband package for you.

I’m sure if you look through the site you will find everything more tailored to your needs and easy to navigate. But wait… more will be coming to enhance your Top 10 Broadband experience…

Is your broadband life in a mess? Do you know your network plugs from your USB plugs? Are you experiencing major problems from your evil ISP? Then look no further; soon all your worries will be over as the self proclaimed broadband expert “Dr Broadband” will be joining the team. He will be here to give help and tips and answer your questions. Keep your eyes peeled for his appearance – he’s hard to miss, and ask him about any problems you may have.

One thing Dr Broadband won’t be able to help you with (but we will) is an advanced speed test. You will be able to see exactly how fast your download speed is as well as your upload speed. You will be able to determine if you really are getting the speeds you expect.

Finally more comparison features will be added, including broadband with mobiles, and mobile broadband (I hope that makes sense – they are different!), along with a whole host of stuff.
