The judges at Top 10 Broadband caried out extensive research on all mobile broadband providers before coming to the conclusion that 3 mobile broadband was the best.

Among the factors explored by the judges were:

  • Quality of mobile broadband device
  • Cost of mobile broadband device
  • Download allowance in packages
  • Package flexibility
  • Availability of laptop options

The flexibility and generous data allowances offered by their packages showed that the company is its best to bring excellent mobile broadband packages to the UK. Additionally, the strength and speed of their network, coupled with easy to use data modems, means that customers have an excellent mobile broadband experience once they have subscribed.

While other mobile broadband providers are only offering customers USB modems, 3 are including free laptops with their broadband packages. By including free laptops with their mobile broadband packages, 3 are mirroring the mobile phone market where customers do not only get a sim card but a free mobile phone with which to communicate.
