Customer satisfaction is a factor not easily displayed on a broadband comparison site, but a factor integral to broadband enjoyment when problems arise. O2's customer service has been proven to be second to none.

In order to assertain the level of satsifaction associated with various broadband providers, Top 10 Broadband asked customers to rate their ISPs at the same time as they carried out speed tests on the site. The team took this as an indicator of customer satisfaction.

"When we launched O2 Broadband last year we promised to create an overall quality of experience that would set a new standard in the market," said Mike Fairman, head of O2 Broadband. "We’re delighted that independent research is showing that we’re delivering on that promise."
